HTC — Service device repair

Hello sir I have submit my device "HTC desire 820 dual sim" on date of 28/02/15 to HTC service center in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. Till now I don, t have any status proper, I don't have other device that's why I am suffering and whenever I called to costumer care they all ways say "right now we dont have any update sir", lots of time call them and mail too but no response.
