HTC — Service is not good. (Please provide my device ASAP or provide me replacement)

My mobile model is HTC One Dual 802d and it got repaired, the problem is its not getting charge and when i connect to system i got message like Malfunction detected, these problems are came after updating the lollypop. So i gave my mobile to HTC authorized service center in Bangalore its TVS Electronics. I gave my device June 19th and today date is July 14th. Almost 4 weeks completed. When i try to call service center they are not attending my phone call. When i called to Customer care they are telling its in repair status you can call after 48 hrs so till now they are telling same answer t. I wrote lot of mail but no use.
Can you please help me to get my device back or provide replacement. My warranty is till July 20th.
