[Resolved]  HTC — Servicing of mobile phone

Dear Sir, I had sent my phone for repair on 25th September, 2014. Details received from Service Centre :- Ticket No.- 14INA[protected] EMI No.- [protected] Serial No.- WT46LY304986 Job sheet No.-281 Service Provider Name:- V care Mobitron ( Vile Parle West ) The mail is in regards to the complaint that its been more than 20 days and I haven't still received my phone from the service centre. When contacted to the service centre they mentioned that the phone has not been received from HTC. Despite contacting many a times there was no response.
