HTC — smartphone service issue

Hello Sir, I have HTC 816 plus phone which i bought few months ago.It ran into problem when it stopped charging.After few days my phone turn switched off & then nothing happen.Then i went to HTC service Centre in Chandigarh city they transferred it to Delhi.But when i got my phone after 2-3 days same problem occured.Now my phone is in another service station in chandigarh.They are saying your phone will be repaired within 2 weeks, which i think is not fair enough.I am not from Chandigarh but still i am coming again and again.By the way HTC is not doing its work very well.so do rightful with me.
