We have talked to your online customer service centre earlier with the above
mentioned complaint. They have guided us to update software online (from the
instrument itself) and we did it ourselves accordingly. After the complaint the
SMS started working. It has stopped working yesterday so we again talked to
your customer service centre yesterday.
As advised by your customer service centre (Ms Cloria), today, we visited your
authorised service centre in Anand, Gujarat (Shri Manish, Pooja Communication,
B/105 Shree Ram Archade, Near Gopal Crossing, Sashtri Bagh Road, Station Road,
Anand 388001, Gujarat. Mobile No.[protected] Landline :[protected].
They have informed that the instrument is to be handed over to them and they will
forward it to your Mumbai Office for solution and it will take 15 days.
