HTC — They didnt provide any support

From past 1 year I phasing the camera issue, in low light it is not capable to take photo, it showing pink screen. Everyone knows that its a fault of HTC as it's a hardware issue. I went many times to the HTC customer care within my warranty period, either they didn't take my phone else they suggested to come later. Now my warranty period is finished and till now having the same problem. So in that case what support I can expect from HTC?
