[Resolved] HTC — They fooled me

I have mention my problem earlier that was resolved by replacing the handset but I feel that the replaced handset is also defective one.
I informed htc customer care by calling on their number.
On 8 June 2015 Earphone was submitted for repair and time duration of repair given one week i visited there they give no response.
Sir there is any way to get my money back .
Complaint marked as Resolved
HTC care center resolved my problem but time taken by them is very irritating.
Email adress of the htc i have been deleted.
