HTC — This complaint is regarding my new phone HTC desire 516 dual sim.

I have purchased HTC desire 516 dual sim 2 months ago by paying 9500.Then after 2 months i'm unable to reset my phone and it gives the message like SD card removed unexpectedly. I went to service center they told me it will take 2-3 days to repair my phone, now after 3 days when i went to pick up my phone they are saying I have to change motherboard it will take 30-35 days. But I don't think there is problem in motherboard because all things are working properly except the Phone reset option. I Abdul Razzak have to complain about the poor service that I am facing in Hyderabad service center. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. [protected].
