HTC — Touch Issues

I bought HTC for the 1st time last month, HTC Desire 826, but from 26/7/2015 touch is not working properly, upper portion its working, but i m unable to attend the call & unable to type messages, really feeling bad, i ve remover the screen card checked, also updated the software eventhough till now its not working..could anyone pls give me suggestion, it would be better i[censored] change n give me the phone
