Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have purchased the HTC desire 826 on 12th Jul'15 from a local shop in Delhi. it's just not been a month that my mobile is facing an issue with touchscreen. It's really been an unpleasant experience with New handset like HTC. I had talked with shop member they advised me to get in touch with service centre or talk to customer care of HTC. I talked to customer care they suggest to check first to do Touch Line Test and i found the issue with touch. Again i called up to customer care then they said there is an issue with hardware and your need to visit to service center to get it check. I can't understand how come a new phone of a reputed brand like HTC can give such problem within a month.This is the first time am using HTC and I am so upset & disappointed with your product. I am requesting for the replacement of handset or i want my money back. I hope you will surely look this matter.
