HTC — Undue delay in repair of set in guarantee

I have purchased new HTC Desire 816, S.n. HC48VMZ03586 two months back . The phone's touch system got malfunctioned. I have shown the same at service centre, TVS Electronics Ltd, sco 103, Ground Floor, Sector 47, Chandigarh-160047 on 2.2.2015. The IMEI no for the same is [protected]. My concerns are listed below. 1. I feel regretful to prefer HTC over any other brand in the market as it has not given me good response as expected. 2. I am following up with officials at service centre for past one week. Every time i have been assured that i wil get my set within day or two. 3. It is to my surprise that touch screens are out of stock at your service centre . It has already been 11 days without any good response. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.
