HTC — very poor sevice

i "shravi rathi" have to complain about the poor service that i am facing. I have purchased HTC ONE on "22/05/14" from "mobile world" rohini(sec-8), delhi and soon after 5 months my phone unfortunately became dead due to some problems i was not able to report for the phone but soon did complain about the issue to the "TMS Plus company" from which i have insured my phone and submitted the same on "22/11/14" which they promised that i will get it back with in 15-20 working days and my job sheet no. was "9411" but i received my phone after 2 and a half moths on 04/04/15 that too not repaired perfectly ..i m still facing problem with it that it is not getting charged. i cannot re submit my phone for such a long time and need your help for the same. it is really disappointing that my phone is half the time on service center and not in my hand that to with such poor service.and now it is more disappointing that with such not satisfying service my phone is now out of warranty because they have changed the mother board and the IMEI no. as well. i need an strict action.
