HTC — Waiting for replacement more than 3 months

My phone HTC desire 501 went for repair 3 times and the phone returned faulty on all occasions and also with further faults. The 4th time I sent they agreed to replace. I submit my device on 24th march, 2015 and till the date I am not getting proper response from services center executives. I called HTC service center and requested the status but every now and then they gave me postponed dates till now. That guy told me that they don't have my instrument in stock and offered me an another device of low features and less than the cost I paid for my device so I refused to accept it. I asked them a device with same or upgraded functions and at the same cost which I paid for my device. Now they offered 816G+ device, I agree for the same to close this issue but again they start their drama. "THEY DONT HAVE DEVICE IN STOCK" "THEY DON"T HAVE UPDATES" etc. I am very disappointed with CC executives and there misguidance. Its more than 3 months now.. I am struggling for my device... I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HTC TO ANYONE. Can any1 suggest how to get out of this trouble...
