HTC — Warranty not counted another state that's the reason my phone is still dead

We have bought htc desire 820 phone from kolkata. Right now my phone has dead. We have visited htc service centre in delhi. He said your phone is not repair in this place if you still want to repair then you need to pay repairing cost. Your warranty is not counted in delhi because you had buy in kolkata. He said htc provided only state warranty. We feel the serious problem i can't go kolkata the reason of only repair to htc phone. Today i feel biggest mistake i have bought htc phone.
