I have purchased htc one e8 on 24 october 2014, as per they one of there flagship device, after purchasing within in 3 months major display issue has arisen all of sudden display has turned black when contacted to there service center at thane in mumbai response i got was so disappointing and pathetic after arguing a lot they accepted the phone in warranty and i received after 45days, again in may same display issue happened this time it was external damage which they rejected to cover, so have to cover in insurance paid amount of 12k by company, i have received my device on 4 june 2105, now again after 2 months display panel has came out and even touch pad is not working, when contacted them they said it is going to be covered under warranty, now they have sent me the 21200 quotation for same, i have submitted my phone on dated- 24/08/2015, after following up with them sent me quotation on 18th of this month, despite of following up with them on mail and even with customer care dept no positive response they are not even bothered to reply or contact.
As per policy which is mentioned in job sheet when you submit any device, any parts which is replaced is covered under warranty for 3 months, i have submitted phone in full working condition.
In last 10 monthi i have only used my phone for 7months rest it is with them for display issue and other issue
i request every one please stop purchasing the htc product even suggest to your family and friends.
Such company needs to understand what they provide to the customer after charging huge bucks in terms of product or service.
Any one out who can help me taking a legal action against htc
i have all supported document which is valid to prove my case.
