HTC — Worst service and no proper response from service team

Hi HTC Its almost 2 months i gave my HTC 826 for service. No one had called me from your service team and report the status of the phone. This is not fair. You had confirmed me that i will get my phone delivered by July 12, 2015. I m expecting this will be the confirmed date. If its gets delay even by a day, Im taking this issue to the court.
