HTC — worst service by belgaum service center

My self Atul hundre had given my HTC desire 816 cell phone to belgaum service center do to problem in my camera and software problem . The authorised Person of Wintech Services took my cell on 6/12/2014 on that day he was least bothered to hear our problem but too in that i gave the mobile as we didnt had any choice then he promised to give back the cell within 8 to 10 days but till now he has not returned cell and if we go there to ask he is not treating or co-operating with us properly.
