HTC — Worst service

My phone HTC desire 816g dual SIM stopped working on Oct 9th 2015 I gave it to a service centre in bangalore. They said it will tel around 10-15days. But still no msg from them..if I call it's busy always. I just want my phone back.thank you for harrassing. #11/1 patalamma temple road, Southend circle Bangalore Worst service centre ever.
