Myself Ankan ([protected]@gmail.com) and i'm from Kolkata. I bought a HTC hanset ( HTC DEsire 310 dual sim; IMEI No. - [protected]) one year ago. I chose HTC because it's a renowned brand and it's popularity reaches all over the world. But but but after using the phone and visiting the AUTHORISED HTC TVSE service centre(TVS Electronics Ltd, 102, 2nd Floor, E-Mall, Chittaranjan Avenue, Near Chandni Chowk Metro Station, Kolkata - 700072) I came to know it's the biggest blunder in my life. There is only one service centre for the entire eastern region. So, it's kinda natural that they are unable to give proper service to the customers. Though HTC gradually increases their sales counters. The worst part is their After-Sales Service. It's became a nightmare to me.You have to wait for 2-3 hrs. minimum just to reach to the counter after getting a token. The support executives were abusive and arrogant too just like their manager over there [ Some Lady]. And if you told them to behave properly in return you will get "Do whatever you can. And if you want to lodge a complaint against me... go on, you're most welcome" [specially mention in this circumstance Mr. ASIT PRADHAN - a srevice centre executive in Kolkata]. Also the HTC Eastern Region Customer Operations Head Mr. S. Biswas was don't want to listen to the customer complaint when some people want to have a word with him including me. According to him it's our mistake that we buy a HTC handset and like fools we have to wait for our turn to get a service and have to face all the consequences. From now on i'll make sure no one in my circle or from the other ones buy HTC. So, you better watch it... Was this information helpful? |
