HTC — Worst worst service ever seen

i have buy my Htc phone to think that htc is good reputed company but my experince with htc is worst, 1. i found my touch is not working so i submitted my phone in Laxmi nagar ditt. at[protected] center service center, after 15 days when i go there to collect my phone my problem is not resolved they told me my phone is again submitted, i it a joke what kind of service you given to us, 2. again i submitted my phone there after talking to your customer service executive, in[protected] but your system is down so he submitted my phone manually, he told after one you call me i provide you a ticket no., i trying to call but his phone is switch off.
