These guys are frauds ..never buy products from their site

Iam Also Suffering from same Company (Astradeal) .I Booked woodland shoes But Iam Receive 100/- Normal Chappels.Taken 2000/- Amount.Order No -Astradeal - Order [protected].My name Prabhakar, Ph No [protected].
Iam Also contact them as the contact number mentioned in the website is not working.inspite of many mails and message in the facebook no one is replying to the them. paid the cash of amount 2000 in cash the delivery boy who have came to deliver the item. order number :[protected]  Contact Number :[protected] please look in to the issue and do the needful (refund the amount or send me the correct item which I have ordered)

I placed an order ( order no[protected] for Woodland shoe of amount 1999/- but on 8 Jan 2016, I got the delivery( Product Delivered Id:10485) of Slippers and packet of VIM powder instead of woodland shoes. I paid the due amount of 1999/- to delivery boy and when I opened the bag in front of delivery boy, it contains the wrong items.

I intimated to customer care team same time when delivery bay was also there. customer care team confirms that it was order for woodland shoe but wrong material has been dispatched, they will take care of this issue and resolved it ion next 72 hours. I Have seen same incident has occurs with others also and it seems that this is not a mistake.

but it is still not resolved and I am not getting any response from astradeal.
