I was order product menetion website, around 4 Month back, still not received the original Part

This this the last update Around Jan 23 2016 . all the product are duplicate one, they are still not support .

Fake product OID91003

OID91003 I have received a fake or a defect power bank. Tried calling customer care multiple times, they either dont answer or donot respond properly. This is highly unprofessional, didnt expect this at all.. have written good number of mails to them and found no revert too.
Kindly help action this ASAP

I marked a mail to them for the same but no reply.

Product EB 10400 MH power bank (EB-PB 10400)

ITS NOT WORKING THE MOMENT I PLUG IN THE CHARGER ALL LIGHTS STARTS BLINKING
AND I AM NOT ABLE TO CHARGE WITH THAT.
