I ordered two tyres on www.tyreonwheels.com 3 weeks ago. The company has not taken any steps to deliver the product. I have tried to contact them on phone, email and whatsapp but no reply from any... then I just browsed internet over for their review shockingly there are many people facing the same issue with them. Came across ur complaint.
i'm a docotr residing in trivandrum.
i too fell prey to the [protected]@tyreonwheels.com.
i ordered a bike tyre (2400 rs) 7 days back.
since they advertised as delivery within 6 days, i checked their website's track my product page to find that my shipment is still shown as "processing".
i tried the customer care atleast 50 times, but hard luck - no reply .the same thing happened with whatsapp too.
And i didnt get any cal from them.
being an online shopper for past 10 years, this is the FIRST time i have been cheated.
cant figure out how i fell into this trap.
i[censored] have any clue about how to get the refund, from these fraudsters, please do let me know.
