Street 2 pole wire is close to house, so need to add insulator pipe to wire and required to shipt wires to away from the house. Shipt 2 wires close to house other side of pole to make away from home....

Our monthly average consumption of electricity from last one year is 128 units per month. For the month of November our electricity bill suddenly shooted up to 412 units (3124 rs).
When we had a conversation with bill generators or Bill collectors, they are saying the reason behind this raise is the bill was not given properly in the past months it seems. But i still don't know the root cause and technicality/logic...
