Sir, Most respectfully, it is intimated that we have applied for transfer of above house, but the transfer permission is pending on the ground that said plot was allotted under Reserve Category of defense quota. In this connection, it is intimated that the above plot was allotted during 1967, prior to the formation of HUDA when there was no quota system. It has been mistakenly listed in quota system because of negligence of HUDA staff. It is, therefore, requested that the transfer permission may please be granted in view of above facts and also enlist this house no.175 sector 7 from the defense quota list as early as possible.
