Humrahi Matrimony — Fraud service and not refunding the amount

This is a matrimonial site which called us as they found us in need for a groom. To attract us they mailed us a very relevant profile and even they made us talk to the family on conference call without sharing contact details. When we asked for contact details, they said we have to submit 6000rs for registration. We claimed that in case we find the service unsatisfactory or not useful we want the complete amount to be refunded and they agreed when we asked to provide same in written they said that once the payment is done we will get all such confirmation on mail. Since we dint want to miss such a good proposal of a guy for a girl o=in our family, we agreed to pay. After payment, they said they cant mail anything related to refund but they assure their service. However the matrimony shared the contact details of that proposal. We visited that city and searched the address which came out to be wrong. We tried to call on the contact details shared with us, but even after many trials no one picked up the call. After getting no service from this matrimony for many days we asked them to refund the amount for which they clearly denied.
