Hundai — refund of booking amount

I mr. Sanjaykumar m. Shah had booked hyundai creta car by issuing cheque no. 130673 on dated 18th july 2015 of rs. 56700.00 from bharat co. Op. Bank ltd. (Mumbai).
Till date there was no any information was given by dealer staff regarding our booking. On our visit at your showroom your staff has misbehavior with us and your staff kavita madam has talk to us very rough language (Like as gunda style tumse jo hota he vo karlo refund nahi millega)
Why the hundai company is allowed to this type of dealer or both are playing game to with us...
