[Resolved] Hungama.com — Cannot unsubscribe from auto-renewal | |
I had subscribed for one month of free subscription in the month of January 2020, and it has now been 10 months and I am still not able to unsubscribe from the app. I contacted my credit card company and they have informed me that they can't disable it from their side. And the Hungama app has no option to unsubscribe in it. There is a monthly debit from my account since this January. This is a fraud app. I tried contacting on their provided number and no one's answering my calls. Please take all possible measures to stop auto-renewal asap. ThankYou.
