I want to unsubscribe from Hungama Digital Media Entertainment. I have automatic monthly payments turned on, but I need to close this account now....

I signed up to Hangama Music Pro at Rs99 for one month. I found out later that I had been placed on auto renewal every month. Try as I might there is no way to unsubscrible to Hangama Music! The IVR, SMS and phone support services are all fraudulent numbers that don't exist. The SMS codes are all bogus.

Please do not subscribe to this scam Hangama Music- buyer beware!

I need to cancel my hungama music pro subscription which I bought through mi music. As it deduct 99 rupee per month while I bout an subscription of 499 per year. I mail them also try to contact but each time it show busy on the other side. Please help

Been trying to deactivate my Hungama Play subscription, but there is nowhere that allows you to cancel the account. It is an automatic renewal and stated upon activation that it can be canceled at any time, but now it is not possible anywhere... It seems this is a Scam or recurring problem with many costumers....

There is a programme doremon coming almost everyday on hungama tv. I dont know whether the origin of this programme is japnese or chinese but the content and the teachings in it are unacceptable, as the hero of the show doremon gives his friend nobeta such gadagetry solutions to lie to his parents, to take wrong revenge on his friends, to hide mistakes, to skip homework, to fool the teacher, to be lazy etc the list is endless, our kids especialy...

Hungama channel is deducting subscription fee multiple times within a week.
On 21st April, they deducted twice.
Again on 28th April, they deducted 4 times. No response when I have raised a ticket.

The channel brightness and contrast is too high, so that the content you play or show is not in proper quality. So pls reduce it. And make as before.so that the quality may better like before.

Full description of the incident: I have no idea why I received SMS that Hungama Music App charges me RM/week and auto renewed every week. in my phone don't have this Hungama App. Since august 2024 until now I have to paid Hungama because its charges in my bill.
Solution: Please cancel it permanently and I don't want to be charged for nothing again. Thanks.

On 3rd June 2024, at somewhere around 5.25 pm, while watching Shin-Chan program, I have noticed that a wrong message was delivered by this program, i.e., very dangerous for dogs. Hence, I kindly request you to do something about it, so that it doesn’t repeat in the future.
Here is the details:
I noticed that in an episode of Shin-Chan, his mother asked if he had fed their dog Shero over the past six days. Shin-Chan admitted he hadn't, yet Shero appeared healthy and playful. Curious about how Shero was sustaining itself, Shin-Chan's mother suggested he follow the dog. He discovered that Shero was being fed by someone else. At one point, this person was about to give Shero chocolate, and Shin-Chan, also wanting chocolate, disguised himself as a dog to get some.

This scenario could send a harmful message to children, implying it's okay to feed chocolate to dogs, even though chocolate is toxic to them. To prevent this misunderstanding and protect dogs, I urge you to address this issue and ensure such messages are not conveyed in future episodes.
