Hungama.com — I just show hungama information but will not respond even though they claim to be open

This is the second complaint I have made, very unprofessional they have not responded and even though I was forced to take time out of my valuable day to provide them with information they still have not responded even though they claim to be open till 9:00pm. I am very angry as this is poor business practice, avoid these people at all costs.
