Hungama.com — i want to deactivate my hungama play subscription of 1 year

I have sent so many mails in your email id and didn't get any reply yet also called on your tollfree number more then 100 times which shows always busy. I just want to say initially i only wanted to subscribe it only for a week but unfortunetly it become 1 year subscription so its a humble request to you to deactivate my subscription asap and please also check your mail id too and check my mail.
So, kindly request you to refund my money into my wallet account.
