[Resolved]  Hungama.com — I'm complaining for unsubscribe this offer

I don't know how this hungama play offer is activated on my mobile. I lost my balance every time. I didn't ever use this website to subscribe the offer. Can u unsubscribe this offer from my number so i can use my balance for my own purpose
