Hungama.com — Not received My order

I want to file a complaint against hungama.com. They offered a mobile phone samsung galaxy core in redemption of 30060 points of hungama. I earned these points after listening of too many songs and watching videos. I ordered samsung galaxy core 2 on 4th march 2015 but they did not delivered till date. I wrote many emails and then on april 12 they informed me via email that my product should be delivered in 5 to 6 working days. But till date i am not receiving my phone. Kindly resolved the issue.
