[Resolved] Hungama.com — Refund not processed | |||
Hungama got subscribe twice by mistake while phone was being used by my kid and amount 120 INR deducted. I tried to call on customer care executive but on IVR i came to know services are not available at the moment. I would request you to please revert my money back on my amazon pay account. Since we don't use these services and had contacted Hungama within 5 minute of amount deduction. We tried to reach out Amazon pay customer team and they informed we need to contact hungama team since payment has already been made.
