I ordered mi note 5 pro 64 gb on 23rd june they asked for payment confimation i have sent it 3 times but still on website it is shown "awaiting bank wire payment". till date i have not recived my order and my refund..

payment of 13999 rs was made by me through net banking
they are not picking up their helpline number.
