I have Ordered Redmi 6 phone. They deducted payment of Rs 6, 999. Never sent the phone. No response however many times I have called and email. PLEASE, some take action and get these people arrested. They are cheating people of their hard earned money. CBI or Lok Adaalath or Crime Branch... someone take action.

We ordered redmi 6 (Blue, 32 gb) (3 gb ram) on 12 th nov 2018 with order reference jutulwryt at cost 7, 999/- waited for a week and called customer care to inquire on delivery date. Customer support cancelled the order saying delivery is delayed and said will refund in 2 days a mail was also sent to me regarding the same. After 3 days no refund was done and after calling customer care they said another 2 days. Now there is no deliver of phone and no refund and no communication from the customer support team.
We wish for a refund at the earliest.

This website is fraud. They are cheating indian people. Hope the central government will arrest these culprits and punish them. Let us expose the people behind these fraudulent companies. I have ordered redmi 6 around 3 weeks ago. So far, no response either by email or by phone. They are looting people's money. Complained to google and asked them to not to list this company's advertisements.

There is no option for cancellation of my order. They didn't provide the tracking id and they are not responding through call or emails. No update from them regarding my order.

Ordered on 09/09/2018 (Order ref no. Yabztrqfz), since then there was no sign to dispatch. At 16/09/18, i was really annoyed and mailed at hunkyshop to cancel the order. Within few hours they replied that the order canceled and let them inform my bank, a/c number, ifsc code, so that they can refund within 5 days (21/09/18). Today i also mailed being untolerable because rs20999/- is very much worth for me, but no answer. Please take necessary and strict action against them, so that i can get my refund back

I ordered poco fi 64 gb on 6/9/18 20999 and order REFERENCE no.is XPPWLIYGQ through net banking payment They are not picking up their helpline number.
This is a fraud site. I ordered mi note 5 pro 64 gb on 15th july they asked for payment confimation i have sent it 3 times but still on website it is shown "awaiting bank wire payment". Till date i have not received my refund.. They have deducted my money twice from my creditcard

I had ordered redmond note 5 pro (Black 64 gb, 4 gb ram) order reference no. Forcrqyjd on 02.06.2018 (Invoice no.#in002766 dated02.06.2018) and rs. 15, 999/- paid through credit card. My said order cancelled by company at his own on 13.06.18 and directed me to provide banker details. Accordingly i have provided banker details through mail on 14.06.18, again on 05.07.18 and through whatsapp on 30.07.2018 and also send several mail send whatsapp messages but till now my amount not refunded. I also make calls on company customer care no.[protected]. The receptionist is talk arrogantly and also threaten me that iif i make more calls he will block my number.
Kindly arrange to early refund my amount.

This is second time i am complaining about fraud shopping website hunkyshop.com. I have ordered redmi note 5 pro from hunkyshop.com on 15th april 2018 i dint receive my order later after one month on 23rd may i received mail (Plz see it in attached file) from hunkyshop.com mentioning that my order has been canceled due too access orders and promised me to refund my amount in 5 days but till now i haven’t received any refund from hunkyshop.com.. Plz help me in resolving this problem..

I had placed the order on www.hunkyshop.com for Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro (Black, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) on 30th April 2018.My order number MNYCDZUJE And on 11th May I got a mail saying that my order is cancelled due to Exceeded delivery time. they asked for bank details and said they will refund within two days. on 16th May I mailed them my bank details and today is 11th June 2018, yet I have not received my Refund. Since 24th May 2018 till now I am mailing them and asking about my refund they are not responding at all. at least they should update me if they have done or not then at least I can check with my bank. And their customer care number is always busy.

As i was order mi redmi 5a rose gold 32 gb mobile past 1 month ago, as there will be no response, no tracking id, i called several time and also i email a several time but there will not responding, i paid full amount 7799.00 through prepaid, please need to take action on this site, please friends do not order on this site, it will simply wasting your money.

On dated 21/5/18 i have palced the order red mi note 5 pro 1 unit mobile on this hunkyshop.com. Order was placed and debit through paytmy rs.15999/- to star net technologies.
Invoice is generated invoice no in002609.
But there is no update from them when it will deliver and tracking status is also not update.
Customer care number given on invoice but there is no response from them. I tried to reach out by mail but no reply from them.

Order for xiaomi redmi note 5 pro (Black, 64 gb) (4gb ram) date 06.04.18 and paid by punjab national bank debit card swipe through paytm. Order id 113644. (Paytm) amount paid is rs. 14999/-
Trasanction failed message. Order id 113644. But debited my account.
In this regard i request you to look into the matter and return the amount 14999 to my a/c [protected], ifsc code punb0130300, branch barela (C. G.).

Recently i had booked a redmi note pro, mobile phone through paytm for my daughters birthday, paying through sbi credit card. But immediately i received a invoice bill no. #in001647 and reference no. 646846, dated 27/03/2018, order reference no. Tgztlixol and again another tracking number zjfmwytct and invoice number being this is # in001659, so till now i am unable, neither to track nor complain to any of you suppliers nor cancel my order and get my money back. Hope this is the last attempt i am trying by placing this complaint, hope somebody will respond to this. If not i will surely come out of paytm and tell all my dear and near ones but my bitter experience with you people. Remember i am being your prestigious customer of yours for nearly 8 to 10 years and given you a business of nearly 2 to 3 lakh only recharging the cell phones.
