Today I have visited to your Hush puppies store at Phoenix market city, Viman Nagar, Pune shop Code is 02348, for repair of my shoes purchased within 6 month time from the same store. Once I enter your staff without looking to the condition or any discussion asked me about the Invoice, of the shoes. On being said that I dont have Invoice please look in to the condition and give me a solution. Your Store amanager Chandan singh has refused to see even the condition of shoes. And humiliated me infront of other customers and staffs. I said please have a look. Then he replied in very bad manner that people buy product 5 years back and come to us, and say they buy recently. Once I told him that this is not the way to talk then he started shouting and scolding me. He used the bad words and told me that he will throw me out of store with the help of staff. Do we expect these kind of return from Hush puppies. I am a regular branded accessories buyer and have never seen this kind of behavior of staffs at any store. Your person said you complain about me anywhere in India you want, nothing will happen to him and he has seen several customers like me. On asking the contact details of senior person to him he he said he is the store incharge and go and complain to gurgaon and nothing will happen, he used the word off. These behavior of your store manager is really to my surprise. I have logged complain against your staff on line complain no is 528512 and 528516. I request you to look in to this matter immediately. Also I need the employee ID of the store manager I will file a complain to the consumer court. Today I felt that on giving preference to Hush puppies on other brand I have been cheated and the kind of service I received without looking to the problem is not acceptable under consumer Behavior. I request all India buyer that never buy any stuff from Hush puppies and this will go long if I have not receive a justification from you.
