I had ordered from the Hush Puppies India website.
I have no order status and I haven’t received any refund.
I had received a very shady call talk about the cancelling of my order, but I haven’t received my money back.

We just visited Hush puppies store at Shipra Mall in Indirapuram Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh to buy formal shoes for my husband. We liked a pair but couldn't buy it because of the STORE MANAGER who came across as RUDE, PUSHY and most importantly INSINCERE.
We liked a pair and wanted to buy it but it seemed to have a pasting of sole issue and the finishing also seemed off. So we asked for another piece of the same design which...

I am using Hush Puppies for past several years due to its durability, reliability but was surprised to note that within 1 year after using for hardly 4 times the sole was completely detached .

I work as Vice President in a Japanese MNC and use only Bara & Hush Puppies hence very disappointed with this .

Look forward for your response on resolution as even Bata and the Store has refused to service considering...

There is a difference in height of the heels. My left sandal is loose and slipping out when I walk. I tried to get this fixed with Bata show room where I bought and they have fixed by adding a sole in my sandal. They said that it is the only possible solution. But, it became very tight and the problem of loose in my heel is still there and coming out lightly when walking.

There was a product artical number 564-6174 is not in market now... As my feet are broad this was the only article which was comfortable for me...now ever other companies have any article which fited to me... Please it request continue this product again...as I m not only one whose wants this product again... I hope u will take this seriously......

Within year twice shoe sole get opened...

I have purchased shoes 20 days back & when i wore white socks, it turns into black from front .
My all socks pairs are turning black & colour di not removed after wash .
I want to change my shoes .
I though i have purchased branded product but its completely un acceptable that i can’t wear light colour socks with it ....

I bought hush puppies shoes last month with of 7K with warranty of 6 months, however within one month of purchase sole of the shoes came off.
I went to shop for replacement from wheee I bought this shoes but they had refused to accept the replacement.
I would request you to pls look into this before I escalate this

I purchased a new hush puppies shoes few months back but when I started using it today the bottom of the brand new shoes is getting disintegrated in small small pieces and spoiling the place.

The complete base of the shoe is faulty and the new shoe is of now use to me .

Kindly suggest what should I do...
