I'm writing to you because its been one week and I'm still struggling for solution. This is regarding one product (MRP: INR 4999.00) which I had purchased from Hush Puppies Store (The Great India Place, Shop No.12, Ground Floor, The Great Indian Place, GIP, Sector 38, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301). I would like to exchange this product and for the same I got the Exchange number from BATA. But When I visited to store and met with Mr Joginder (Store Manager of Hush Puppies) He deny to exchange the product. He told me he has not received any email from BATA's for exchanging the product. Its difficult to understand where is the problem? I have the email from BATA with Exchange No. : A61779739 but Why Mr Joginder is not ready for exchanging the product? Will I get the solution or not?
