I am using Hush Puppies for past several years due to its durability, reliability but was surprised to note that within 1 year after using for hardly 4 times the sole was completely detached .

I work as Vice President in a Japanese MNC and use only Bara & Hush Puppies hence very disappointed with this .

Look forward for your response on resolution as even Bata and the Store has refused to service considering its more than 90 days from the purchase date
