Hush Puppies — New leather shoes worn out after wearing once

I recently purchased brown leather shoes from hush puppies showroom at pacific mall in ghaziabad on 25November 2016. I wore shoes just 2 times and the leather towards front of shoes is worn out and faded completely giving an impression that they are worst quality product.
I went to showroom and they still did not replace it even in warranty. They were not ready to accept the fault.

I want shoes to be replaced as I never expected such poor quality product after spending 5000.see attached pictures for details of how poor the shoes are.
