I have received the payment confirmation mail on Nov 17, 2023 but on the hushpuppies India website there is no information on when the order will be shipped and is the order confirmed.
I have raised complains on website (https://www.hushpuppiesiindia.com/m) twice now but have not received any response.
Could you help me on getting order status and whether I will be getting the shoes I have ordered and when?
