Hush Puppies — Pakistan customer complaint

I m Dr Zahid Latif from Gujrat Pakistan.

I bought a pair of shoes stark-IMP from Hush puppies Gujrat outlet in September/October 2021
Worth PKR 15000 then.
It's quite an amount in our currency
It's casual shoes

It's not been even a year since then and both it's soles are broken... I m highly disappointed with its quality n value for money.

Kindly consider my grievance and accommodate immediately.

P.S.
I sent the same to MD Hush puppies in Pakistan and Hush puppies helpline in Pakistan.
I didn't get a satisfactory or logical response from them. That's why I am seeking help from you
