Hush Puppies — Regarding replacement of sandals

Dear Sir, I Dr Ragini had bought sandals from hush puppies sandals on 20/11/13 from hush puppies store, mantri mall, bangalore worth Rs.4, 449. Now the sandal`s back strap has started tearing with out any traumatic exposure, hence I request you to replace them.
