Hush Puppies — Shoes are leaving black colour on socks

I have purchased shoes 20 days back & when i wore white socks, it turns into black from front .
My all socks pairs are turning black & colour di not removed after wash .
I want to change my shoes .
I though i have purchased branded product but its completely un acceptable that i can’t wear light colour socks with it .
