Hyderabad Tourism — fraud done and did not provide service

Dear sir

We 12 member from mumbai have coordinated with mr raman of hyderabad tourism. And paid him approx 85000/- but he has not provided the services accepted and as per tour plan he didn't gave any facilities. He has also given me written mail that i will refund the amount. But now he is not picking up the call. Please help me in getting my refund from him. Attached is the mail received from him.
