I ordered a mother's day gift on the company's webportal - "hyderabadonlineflorists.com"
However, even after 2 weeks of making the order and paying for the same i have not yet received my goods. On their website they claim that my order has been delivered and upon contacting them they state that it is an issue with their vendor. They promised to revert in 24 hours after checking with their vendor, however it has been 3 days and i haven't received any response from their end.
Their contact number is always switched off.
