We have ordered flowers and cake for a particular date. It was not delivered and there was no information as for the delay or reason for not delivering. The phone number provided online does not work. After multiple attempts and email, the manager had audacity to call and say sorry and they would deliver next day. And yet till now there is no clue where they are on this delivery. These people are running this online business as a scam. Just...

I ordered a mother's day gift on the company's webportal - "hyderabadonlineflorists.com"

However, even after 2 weeks of making the order and paying for the same i have not yet received my goods. On their website they claim that my order has been delivered and upon contacting them they state that it is an issue with their vendor. They promised to revert in 24 hours after checking with their vendor, however it has been 3 days...

Order id HHof[protected], placed an order on Feb 7th for flowers & cake worth 1195 Rupees for Valentine's Day delivery. Did not deliver this till today Feb 15th and not picking up phone or replying to emails.

We had ordered for flowers and sweets to delivered to my Uncle @ Hyderabad on 11th March 2013 (for hisbirthday). We logged into "www.HyderabadOnlineFlorists.com" and placed an order worth 1290/- on 9th March 2013. The order number is "HHof-[protected]". They have not delivered the flowers inspite of repeated requests whenever we could get them on phone. Their customer support sucks, it takes hours to get their customer...

This is the worst ever service I have come across till date from any online shopping site in india. Never expected that hyderabadonlineflorists.com will do it!!!

They could not deliver the order which was supposed to be a birthday gift and for next 3 days nothing happened, ithought that the order was delivered, then to my shock i called to check the status, then they gave the reason that they could not...
