I initially ordered iphone 14 on 7th oct BBD and it was showing 11th to deliver. i waited till 11th but was not delivered and the date shifted to 16th, and then on 14th today, i received a notification that my refund is processing. I talked to customer care they said that issue is not from our end its from logistics end and seller end. We as a customer know flipkart as a platform to trust, we do not know what roles do others play. They are asking me to reorder the phone with 5000rs price increase.
