The seller was selling me fake airpods i caught that airpods 2 was fake so ive cancelled it today...

I ordered a iwatch through flipkart, the order was canceled with out CUSTOMER (mine) consent. Totally this was ### big offer came and i was waiting for a long to order this watch, this sellers cheated CUSTOMERs like me, price at the time of ordering was 33800 with card offer, now the price was increased 44900 see the difference

I have got completely fake product from this retailer. I have a bill and a box...

I recently ordered Apple EarPods 3.5mm jack from Flipkart (seller: Hydtelretailssales) i got completely fake product.
I want to take take legal action upon this
I have bill and EarPod box and I urgently need an escalation

When i will cheek the phone my pi code then delivery is next day now i will cheek the delivery date is 5 extend don't now what the Reson now i am very disappointed this type of delivery

I ordered iphone 14 on 8th oct and it is not delivered still. Also there is no option to cancel

This is the worst service I am getting from this seller and flipcart

They cancel my exchange of old mobile without any reason

I was ordered iPhone 14 on Oct 7 2023. They are not ready to deliver the order. Flipkart reason on Oct 12 2023 "Your order could not be delivered today. It will be delivered on the next working day". Today's date Oct 24 2023 still the order was not yet delivered and unable to cancel the order. Could you please help to get my refund.

HydtelRETAILSsales in big billion days of Flipkart and the seller cancel my both orders without any reason on the day of delivery of ipads.

I initially ordered iphone 14 on 7th oct BBD and it was showing 11th to deliver. i waited till 11th but was not delivered and the date shifted to 16th, and then on 14th today, i received a notification that my refund is processing. I talked to customer care they said that issue is not from our end its from logistics end and seller end. We as a customer know flipkart as a platform to trust, we do not know what roles do others play. They are asking me to reorder the phone with 5000rs price increase.

Today I got my delivery for iphone 14 but when I opened the box the Iphone was not the same I booked and when I checked for the activation it was showing for sign in that means that is already a used phone a refurbished one. That is not acceptable we trust them & they use to provide second hand & used phones

I ordered iphone 14 128gb on 8th by cc and yet it showing to be shipped by 14 and delivered by 18💀 I can't figure out what to do now, the executives aren't helpful at all also i am plus member of Flipkart, this is such a bogus feeling by Flipkart and it's so called assured services.

Ordered 2 iPhone 14 on 7th october and invoice for order id OD[protected] is wrong, been 2 days but action from flipkart.

I order i phone 14 from flipkart and the seller was hydtelretailssales and i request to change adress but insted of it they cancelled my order now the price of the product increased....

I placed order on 7th oct at 12.04am and order confirmed around 6am after that I request to change in delivery address but without any pre information my order cancelled at 6.41 am around. Flipkart not taken your responsibility they says cancelled by seller. This saler totally fake and flipkart also not reliable because of they are not taken any action against seller. I request to you please do not shop from flipkart platform.

I purchased apple earphone yesterday but it was duplicate as it's mic is not working, sound quality not matching, and product description about date of manufacturing and country of manufacturing is also not correct. I want to return this product.

This seller was fraud I purchased this product on Aug 03 and the warranty ends on Sep 12 this is the new scam

Warranty of airpods pro came of just 3 months...

I ordered the Apple watch Ultra from Flipkart (Seller: Hydtelretailssales) on 19th May 2023, and it got delivered on 20th May 20223 and received the product with an already open brand seal, Apple products come with a seal that needs to be teared up first before opening the box.
But the box was already open, and the condition of the box was so poor that it was kinda lying in the trash and they took that out and delivered it.
Flipkart support system is way worse, and there is no right for the customer, I have opened up the case 3 times, and every time they send a technical person to review the watch that's not required because the issue is not with the watch, it came with the open box that's my main concern. They just put it in a circle, and there are not providing any solution to this as well.
My last option is to raise this complaint in consumer court. As I was random searching on internet for this seller details and came to this form and saw there are other customer who faced this similar sceario.
I will do my best to have this case escalated and take them to court.

Ordered iPad and received the box with open brand seal. Also box condition was too bad that it looked like it's been in a waste bin for a long time. Not even accepted the product.

So i bought the new airpods pro from flipkart sale on 7th of may 2023 .
As an apple product i was very sure it would be great .. as apple covers the warranty of the product from the date of purchase to a full year.
Upon getting the product i got to know it was already used .. as the date of purchase of my airpods was showing September 21 2022 i.e. last year .
So many months wasted of my warranty.
The product itself...

FIR should be filed against them. I ordered apple airpod from Flipkart through these seller. Bt product is damaged .nobody is giving replacement not even return. The worst retailers ever. Strict action should be taken against them.
